This reading talk about a big scandal of Royal Ahold named "Europe`s Enron". When a retailer risk have to be a lot of reason for this tragic situation; in this case for example the bad administracion of corporative some irregularities was an important reason for the failure of it case. A big company have to be careful becuase one day could be in the risk of the market and suddenly i could be in the background and its really hard and make a pride and anger reaction.
A lot of companies have been this problem however they could look for a solution, although the really question is when a company resolve this kind of question, are really clean in the true?

OPINION

Today, to have a good salary is really difficult because the owners or in this case, the shareholders no easy ofert a good remuneration becuase the economy is problematic and the persons want to salve all the most cash if they can in their bank accounts. However, in Glaxo Smith Kline, a big farmaceutical company, offered a elevate salary, but in this days, the shareholders want to change it situation and decide to voted againt to paid to his chief executive like in the past.
Its important to pay attention in the situation whit some companies ir their sales was fallen also if chief executives has not a really love for the companie instead to fallen a little its salaries, they elevate uncontrolled its pays.
The fact to elevate the pensions of the chief executive is a gun to the companie. But we have to be concient if the companie can have other bosser or other element, but they couldn`t be as goodes like the actually, this is the reason the owners or shareholders have to treat whit their employees, but recent, have not to forget, the company is funded for the shareholders and the money of the companie and of theirs salarys is to the owner

However, he has to ask if is really a problem to has a ageing customer, maybe whit a good market campaing they have to elevate their sales. When he know which is his market he can design especific publicity for persons of this ages.
If he want to change the range of the age, he can implemented a campaing for young person, for example, he can design ads or posters which attractive women or handsome boys who invited to other persons to buy this motocycle because it product prommisse popularity or a best range in its sociability situation.

WII... THE MACHINE FOR ONLY CHILDREN?



I believe wi is an original machine, which a lot of competition. This console competite with X-box 360 or Playstation 3. It the sucesor of the Game Cube, its a original game wich was lanched to the market in the year of 2004. It was designed for children in special for boys. It more distintive carachteristic is the wireless remot.





I know all the companies designe a product for an specific market, but i believe as i wrote earlier it console was for boys, however it`s bought for adulrs or in other situations for teenagers.





This machine is for a high-level economic range, its an expensive game, wich not all the person could bought.





Wii is a game, its for boys, but its boughted for adults. It has the carachteristic the boys look in a game, its for teenagers because its funny and has different types of disc of games.
There are games from battle rage to bomberman plas to bitter flag, its demostrate the profile is determinated more with the games not only for the console.

I believe nike is an important companie all over the world, but it want to launch to the market not a new producto, if not a new tend, product with fashion desing and a new or a different style.
I know to be the better brand in the brand of the client is a really difficult homework for a companie, however Nike have a enormous line traveled whit success.
In my opinion Nike have the better designers and an excellent advertising campaing and Nike goddess will be an other succes in the companie.

Report of the presentation.

The purpose of this presententation is to learn the basic difference between a leadership or a management also the report content the reason for a company to get people on board furthermore the better way to motivate the employees or what are the ideas to create an efficient culture.
To difference a manager between a leadership are some important ideas. In my opinion the most important is a good leader have to motivate or inspire its subordinate, they could create a vision and should think strategically. In the other hand the management monitor the situation in a company, have to maintain the status quo also communicate targets.
To be a good leader is a hard word, the have to rally people to a better future. Today the companies make similar things, similar jobs and the look for employees whit similar education., when something is grong in a company, the prefer to eliminate a person for example the boss, to quit or close the company.
The employees could be charismatics or good leadership, but a efficient leadership have to determined good relationship whit their supervisor an have to be productive.
I believe it’s the reason the management stare decline and the have some numbers, today 36% of employees trust communicate effectly, 26% have really more of 15 years experience and 55% of the organization have a good job.

We don’t know, we have to be more strategic and lees operational and tactical, to have a modern vision. We have to stimulates, excites and inspire and in the future we have to know what expect of time also the company have to design their goals and targets, to do it they have to communicate their progress towards continuously and work hard in the project.
A vision is a picture of the future, and it have to include the word for 2 or 1 year.
To be a good leader it’s a so difficult homework, also you have to value your values and to find it, you have to create a guidance to the company to sense it identity and its permite create the culture or our company want.
A leadership should to turn in the employees their values in their preferred behaviors, but it necessary will be a team work, also a good team work should strive to make goals or who’s respect to the needs or feelings of other. They might promote “collective” ownership to their companies.
This report examines the engage of a worker have to obtain in a company, because today is so difficult a company get engaged; for example only the 17% are actively “engaged”. The companies don’t like to turn the employees, This report assess only a little part of the employees present a constant and complete report of the situation in the company, and its so important.
The purpose of this presentation is a good leader learns how to listen their employees looking for a best communication. You, like a leader have to destroy stupid rules and its can find if a leader have a set up feedback whit their equipment of word. Talk whit your employees what they want of what the hope of you, you have to have confidence whit your subordinates.
Other intention of this report is to be a enemy of the “status quo”. Become necessary in your company, you have to revolutionize your business exaggerating the good ideas you and your employees have.
This report examines the point if its more important to create other leaders and not only follower, they are more efficient.
To conclude the report you have to do that, not only have the idea, put in to practice. To coming jus take the first step. We can be an excellent leaders, all is in the action and in the attitude.

When to terrorise talent

In my opinion, in this days the terror is a tool the mannager use to have power and be the better chief or executives, but i`m in desagree whith this situation becuause the persons who pay the consecuences of this abuse are the employees.
The managers believes the terror is the unique king to elevate its range, however there are a lot of ways to be an excellent boss. For example, they can be polite or maybe only efficent whit its work, they could be friendly or nice whit the other persons, im sure it will be better.
In the other hand maybe when someone use fearin a good way, it couldbe an excellen tool to make the employees do its work efficently.

I have read carefully the three options that could help to solve the problem and in my opinion the best choice is Standford, Traynor & Wldon Associates becuase all the employees culd have the oportunity to comment their problms with experts. 
Anther good point of this dea is the time of this plan during only 6 months to get results. 
In the other hand, the experts culd attend the press and it will give a betterimage.

A matter of choice

A matter of choice.
I`m totaly agree whith the writting, because today the globaly world is living a really big change. The industrial organizations needs to be more actualizated and this is the principal reason because the shaholders have to make a thingking desicion looking the best choice.
Maybe the "bureocratic and hierarchical organizations" are part of the past, but im not agree totally whit this idea, because however we live in a "actually society" a lot of owners have a tradicional thinking and they prefer the past companies.
They mention tree schools of though, they could be true, but, it not a rule, furthermore they talk about the present, not the future, and today all the companies are really diferent.
We have a lot of option when we go to a store and we want to buy something, is logical the idea where the producers have to choice the best bidder to save their money.
In my opinion, we are living in a "modern global society" and we have to actualice meanwhile the companies try to be take the best decition where put their money and what to do to stop being "hierachical and bureaucratic organizations"

My own company!

I´m Lucia Mejia, i´m 19 years old. I live in Mexico City Im a student and i like to reading and the parties.
I have been studying like and i think this my carrerbecause it so interesting; sometimes is difficult, but I wanto to finish my studies.
We learn how to promotion products, the mechanies to do thaht. Sometimes we work in teams and with a partner, however sometime we realize individual work, but the most important, is we have to possitionate a product in to the consumer main for increase the sales.
Actually I have been working forming my own company, selling cel, and also some tecnologics produts by internet. I work three hours al day.
Tech imagination is a small Internet company wher you can found the el you had imaginated and all the products relationated with the
I began this company two years ago with two partners. It was so simple but a creative idea; small at the fist, however this idea ha dan a good development. Know, i´m the inly owner, and i had gotten good earning and i hope it following growing.

Strutons ltd is a small engineering rimr wich had been some problems becuase the productivity has fallen significantly in the last two years, and the business has started to suffer. The workers are failing to meet their production targes nd the company is often late with deliveries to customers. They are unhappy becuase they are never able to eran their productivity bonus. Their manager wanted to give a bonus, but the directos refused and the decide to introduce a productivity bonus was a better option. I think we have the option below:


1.- Give a pay increase to all the workers (this would cost 500,000euros).
2.-
Reduce the level at witch workers can earn a productivity bonus (this would cost 300,000 euros).
3.-Appoint a new production manager.
4.-Cut labour cost.(maybe recuiting any new workers when people leave)

I thing to cut labour cost its the best option, but if we cut them, we can recruiting any workers and maybe the people leave but Diana told me maybe we can reduce the level of this workers and give their a productivity bonus, but the cost would be 30 000 and i think it so expensive; Diana believe to appoint a new mannager its the best own, but.... i believe to reduce the cost of the workers is better, and we can destinate it money to a bonus productivity and we was agree whit this options.

Diana: because Roland doesn’t have the enough support between the workers
Lucia: This well. We must decide now what the best choice is.
Diana: I agree with you to reduce the level to which workers can earn a bonus of productivity, but also need to appoint a new production manager to ensure that workers are willing to be more productive
Lucia: And also we must reduce the recruiting of workers to cover bonus
Diana: O.K. So we go to reduce the level at which workers can earn a productivity bonus, with the appointment of a new production manager and with cutting the labour costs. Are you agree?Lucia: Of course

Week 1


Well, my first week after vacations!
It´s true the last vacatios was so small and I though come back to the school was necessary, but only a week change my perspective. It ´s so hard to have to make homework, to do specials works, however it´s interesting see another time our partners and teachers besides learn about all the topics the teacher expose for us it´s amazing. I made a conversation whit my partner Diego about a problem with wome tomatoes and we practiced to made appologizes.

Week 2

Oh my God! Other week in the school

In this week we passed to the next Unit "Fighting back" and we practiced the future tense like will and going to. We saw the really diference between an adverb and and a verb, we learned many vocabulary refered whit productivity, and we made our listening exam.

Week 3

The exams become!!!!

We coming talking about big artist like Leonardo Da Vinci, we made some exams and we teach words like range and forecaste, i learned where i have to put the work often, always or maybe efficently. We saw the words we have to put to make a adjetive in a noun, for example: when we want to transformate "profit" in a noun we need to put "able" and we say "profitable", but the problem here was there not any rule to know when we have to addering al, able , ive or ul.

My last week.....

I´ll talk about my last week, it was really interesting and exiting, i was happy because i went to saltillo whit my cousing and i knew new friends here and they are and amazing persons who made my last week really . I think could be perfect if all the weeks we´ll have vacations. However i imagine if we haven´t go to the school our life could be really unhappy. All over maybe stay at home and only make some alone activities, also when we go to the school, maybe it´s hard and in some situations is so bory, but it´s important for us to have an activite like go to class in the school. I miss some of my classmate, and it´s really crazy..... but i miss my school too.

Hello!!, yesterday was Valentine´s Day, February 14, we attend our english class, but it was so dynamic and interesting our teacher made us to sing and we tal with her a little. All the first days of the week we learn a lot of new rules of the english, and the last tuesday our teacher tell us some marketing work like salary, debt, worth; and it was so interesting because it will be really important in our work world. Another really interesting moment in our english class was when the teacher told us about our pronunciation, and some rules we should learn to have a better conversation in a future. Week 1

Well, this week was the most difficult because i was acostumbrated to the vacations and to wento other time to the school it was so ward, but it´s necessary and i know when i was here i really like my school. When i meet my english teacher i was so happy because i though she could teach me a lot of new things of english and she learn of the group to have a better pronuntation. It was interesting to have a native english teacher, and i think it its perfect to perfectionate our english.

Week 2

It was a good week, i was more relax and i began to acostumbrate to go to the school after vacations. Our english class was dinamic and interesting, it was interesting to learn more things about english and i think all the group had been perfectionate our pronuntation, really i learn so much when i listening to the teacher because she has a good pronuntation and it make us to be a better english students.

This week its was hard, the exams will be and all of theme be nervous and a little angry!, but i know when the exams pass we be more relax and happy. Hello, this is my first day in my blog, today i learned to conect simple sentences whith conectors like who, and, but, or others. I think to learn english is so important, and it´s the reason if i put attention in my english class. Today, the class was so interesting and dinamic, i learn to make suggestions like, "you should do your homework in your house", or "you mustn´t watch tv whithout your glasses".
