When to terrorise talent

In my opinion, in this days the terror is a tool the mannager use to have power and be the better chief or executives, but i`m in desagree whith this situation becuause the persons who pay the consecuences of this abuse are the employees.
The managers believes the terror is the unique king to elevate its range, however there are a lot of ways to be an excellent boss. For example, they can be polite or maybe only efficent whit its work, they could be friendly or nice whit the other persons, im sure it will be better.
In the other hand maybe when someone use fearin a good way, it couldbe an excellen tool to make the employees do its work efficently.

Wound.- Herida. Injure something.
Defeat.- Beat someone.
Tool.- Something neccesary to do an activity.
Chief.- The manager or the person who are in the power.
Dismissal.- When a company say good bye to a employer.
upswing.- When a price elevate its cost.
Scarce.- A little of someone or something.
Tough.- Hard in difficult moments.
Chairman.- The principal, President.
Boardroom.- The room where the employees talk about the work.
Challenge.- A goal to reach.
