Strenghts

Have some stars designers in the ideas to design a teniss shoes; John -Hoke and Mindy Grossman
They have been worked for 18 months making new desings.

Weaknesses

Offer clothes whithout coordination in shoes and other clothes.

Oportunities

Is the indisputed leader in sports marketing.
Have 30 years in the market
The women client look for a new and innovated product, Nike Goodes have a contrast product.
Try to seel a new fashion style.
Threats
The client perceived the companie only for men.
There are a lot of brand make a important competition for Nike like Skechers or Air Jordan.

The women hope a new and different tends in the market.
It`s logan "Nike goddess" not impress enough

Conclusion and my opinion

I believe nike is an important companie all over the world, but it want to launch to the market not a new producto, if not a new tend, product with fashion desing and a new or a different style.
I know to be the better brand in the brand of the client is a really difficult homework for a companie, however Nike have a enormous line traveled whit success.
In my opinion Nike have the better designers and an excellent advertising campaing and Nike goddess will be an other succes in the companie.

Hello teacher!

I have been arriving to my house, here its the report, i hope have a nice day. I writte it here also in your blogg for anything.

Report of the presentation.

The purpose of this presententation is to learn the basic difference between a leadership or a management also the report content the reason for a company to get people on board furthermore the better way to motivate the employees or what are the ideas to create an efficient culture.
To difference a manager between a leadership are some important ideas. In my opinion the most important is a good leader have to motivate or inspire its subordinate, they could create a vision and should think strategically. In the other hand the management monitor the situation in a company, have to maintain the status quo also communicate targets.
To be a good leader is a hard word, the have to rally people to a better future. Today the companies make similar things, similar jobs and the look for employees whit similar education., when something is grong in a company, the prefer to eliminate a person for example the boss, to quit or close the company.
The employees could be charismatics or good leadership, but a efficient leadership have to determined good relationship whit their supervisor an have to be productive.
I believe it’s the reason the management stare decline and the have some numbers, today 36% of employees trust communicate effectly, 26% have really more of 15 years experience and 55% of the organization have a good job.

We don’t know, we have to be more strategic and lees operational and tactical, to have a modern vision. We have to stimulates, excites and inspire and in the future we have to know what expect of time also the company have to design their goals and targets, to do it they have to communicate their progress towards continuously and work hard in the project.
A vision is a picture of the future, and it have to include the word for 2 or 1 year.
To be a good leader it’s a so difficult homework, also you have to value your values and to find it, you have to create a guidance to the company to sense it identity and its permite create the culture or our company want.
A leadership should to turn in the employees their values in their preferred behaviors, but it necessary will be a team work, also a good team work should strive to make goals or who’s respect to the needs or feelings of other. They might promote “collective” ownership to their companies.
This report examines the engage of a worker have to obtain in a company, because today is so difficult a company get engaged; for example only the 17% are actively “engaged”. The companies don’t like to turn the employees, This report assess only a little part of the employees present a constant and complete report of the situation in the company, and its so important.
The purpose of this presentation is a good leader learns how to listen their employees looking for a best communication. You, like a leader have to destroy stupid rules and its can find if a leader have a set up feedback whit their equipment of word. Talk whit your employees what they want of what the hope of you, you have to have confidence whit your subordinates.
Other intention of this report is to be a enemy of the “status quo”. Become necessary in your company, you have to revolutionize your business exaggerating the good ideas you and your employees have.
This report examines the point if its more important to create other leaders and not only follower, they are more efficient.
To conclude the report you have to do that, not only have the idea, put in to practice. To coming jus take the first step. We can be an excellent leaders, all is in the action and in the attitude.
To end the report I only can tell something “don’t just stand there….. do something!”

When to terrorise talent

In my opinion, in this days the terror is a tool the mannager use to have power and be the better chief or executives, but i`m in desagree whith this situation becuause the persons who pay the consecuences of this abuse are the employees.
The managers believes the terror is the unique king to elevate its range, however there are a lot of ways to be an excellent boss. For example, they can be polite or maybe only efficent whit its work, they could be friendly or nice whit the other persons, im sure it will be better.
In the other hand maybe when someone use fearin a good way, it couldbe an excellen tool to make the employees do its work efficently.
