Today the Bank of America is passing for a hard moment; its rivals are growing and its dangerous for the companie and its employees are not so neccesary for the companie and for this reason it was necesary to overcome they.
The globalization is a process; it is forming whit different phase this is the reason it was a time procces however it has been faster than other procces. Today the most important you have to do is the digilitazion; to know all about internet and to be conect with other countries its the hit.
To migrate to other country to make a work is a really big problem because other person of other place come to make the work of this city.
In resume, the globalization is an actually problem, and it concerning of all countries but we have to ask. Does globalization is really bad or is good for the grown of a country?
