I believe the marketing is the really problem. He now his customers were definitely ageing, he have to change this customer publicity. However, he has to ask if is really a problem to has a ageing customer, maybe whit a good market campaing they have to elevate their sales. They have to now exactly the market if he have to penetrate.
When he know which is his market he can design especific publicity for persons of this ages.
If he want to change the range of the age, he can implemented a campaing for young person, for example, he can design ads or posters which attractive women or handsome boys who invited to other persons to buy this motocycle because it product prommisse popularity or a best range in its sociability situation.
